How much does the AFOEM ATM cost to attend?
Ticket price is AUD$650.
How do I know when registration opens?
Trainees will receive an email with details to the registration for the ATM.
Are there any other ticket options if I don't want to attend all three days of the ATM?
No, you must attend all three days.
Can I attend the event virtually and will it be recorded?
We believe that the skills gained at the ATM are best received through an in-person, interactive environment. As such, the ATM is being held as a face-to-face event only and will not be recorded.
Do you offer a refund if I’ve paid for the ATM but can no longer attend?
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the RACP as soon as possible by phone on 02 9256 5444 and email at events@racp.edu.au. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify the RACP of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 60 days prior to the first day of the Event, RACP will refund the registration fee in full; (ii) at least 60 days, and more than 20 days, prior to the first day of the Event, the RACP will refund 80% of the registration fee; or (iii) less than 20 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by the RACP. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The College must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate to events@racp.edu.au. There will be no refunds for any items purchased by the original delegate.
I registered for a worksite but changed my mind. Can I register for a different worksite?
Unfortunately, once a registration is submitted, it cannot be changed.
How do I get to and from the worksite?
Buses will be provided and will leave from the RACP Melbourne office at 500 Burke Street. Once trainees register for a worksite, detailed information will follow.
Do I need to bring my own protective gear?
Each worksite will have individual requirements regarding workwear and safety gear. More information will be made available once the worksites are published.
Will lunch be provided at the worksite?
Yes. All trainees will receive a lunch pack on the day. Trainees are also welcome to bring additional food if they wish.
